More than twenty years ago, I was lead counsel in a case involving a baby girl who needlessly suffered brain damage at birth because of substandard medical care. Her victory was the nation's first multi-million dollar obstetric verdict.

Since then our legal team has prosecuted to a verdict or settlement more than 100 cases upwards of $1 million dollars each. Hundreds more clients have received substantial awards for injuries suffered from avoidable medical mistakes.
